Intermediate level classes in Whitefield

St Bernadette's Social Centre is at the corner of Selby Avenue and Bury New Road. It is within a few minutes walk of Whitefield Metrolink station and any of the bus routes that travel along Bury New Road. There is a car park at the venue (turn into Selby Avenue then into the car park) which is well lit. The class will be held in the lovely function room which has a parquet floor and lots of space. The bar is open from 8pm and there is a traditional Irish music night held there after 9pm!

This class is intended for experienced dancers who want to develop their technique, try different styles of dance or stretch themselves with more complicated combinations and routines. You will need to have attended at least 20 beginners classes to get the most from this class and be able to keep up throughout those. This class is one and a half hours long so won't be full on aerobic throughout! We will include drills and combinations and exercises that you can do at home to improve between classes.
