Beginners' Classes in Heywood

About this class

This is a beginners class suitable for all dancers from absolute novice to more experienced dancers seeking to strengthen their basic movement. It's a fun, community focused class and you will be warmly welcomed whatever your level of dance.

Getting There

These classes are offered in the parish room of St John's Church.

To find the church from the centre of Heywood: start with the civic centre on your right, take the A6046 Manchester Street towards Middleton for about half a mile. The church is on your left just before the road splits into the A6045 Manchester Road and the A6046 Middleton Road (this goes towards the M62). The church is opposite the Hopwood Unionist club, on the corner of Manchester Road and Green Lane.

The following bus routes have a stop near the church: 58; 163; 164; 167; 475.

When you arrive, enter the building from the side door rather than at the front
